8The Energist | Vol.2 No.4 Autumn/Winter 2015/2016The AMT has embarked on an ambitiousproject to translate several keydocuments, protocols, trainingmanuals, slide shows, online videos andimages, into multiple languages suitable forour growing international membership. WithAMT members now active in about sixtycountries, this community endeavour willenable our members to bring modern AMTenergy work to potentially billions more non-Englishspeaking people worldwide.It’s interesting how projects like this come fullcircle.In the 1990s, The AMT chaired by SilviaHartmann, embarked on a similar project toprovide a Classic EFT protocol in severallanguages, thus allowing the then fledglingtapping method to break free out of the USA andonto the international stage.With so many members now working andcommunicating with people outside The AMT’straditional English speaking heartland, we begunresearching off-the-shelf solutions, but soon discovered thatsurprisingly few were available.In October 2015 we begun to create our own customsoftware package, the GOE Rosetta Tool, that utilises ourmembers translation skills, and is capable of creating files inmultiple languages and formats that include: images, webpages, PDF documents, spreadsheets, videos and PowerPointslide shows.One of the key advantages of the GOE Rosetta Tool, is thatthe translator uses a simple text editor, rather than havingto buy expensive software packages or be given additionaltraining. AMT staff also benefit, with the time it takes tocreate an online video reduced from several hours, to severalminutes.Just as the Rosetta Stone is synonymous with being the keythat unlocked thousands of years of Egyptian hieroglyphs,myself and The AMT very much looks forward to this next stepin our own evolution of serving the international energycommunity.To test The GOE Rosetta Tool, we askedvolunteer members to provide translations forSilvia Hartmann's "Energy EFT Heart & SoulTapping Protocol on a Page" and within weeks wehad this essential document available in Arabic,Chinese, Czech, Dutch, English, French, German,Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish,Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian. All together thisallows us to offer the protocol to an estimated 3.5billion people in their own native language.We know what a great benefit these high qualityfiles will be to our English and non-Englishspeaking members, alongside offering many freeversions to the general public.
