It seems that The Energist was met withuniversal praise amongst those who read it and itmakes all this hard work getting the journaltogether 100% worth it!As well as offering the physical, print version ofthe journal, every edition of The Energist is now available to bedownloaded free-of-charge direct to your smart phones and tabletdevices, meaning you will never be too far away from the latest versionof The Energist!The main focus for this edition is looking ahead to the upcoming EFT& Energy Conference (1st-2nd November), which for the first time isbeing held in my hometown of Eastbourne on England’s sunshine southcoast!I recently visited The View Hotel (formerly The Eastbourne Centre)where the conference is being held and I must say I was seriouslyimpressed by my first impressions of the hotel and its facilities. Thehotel itself is situated on the seafront and is only a few minutes walkfrom the town centre and the world-famous Eastbourne Pier.Compared to other venues that have hosted our conference andother AMT associated events over the past few years, it is a largestep-up in terms of the quality of the building, the facilities on offer inand around the hotel, and also just in general terms of a venue thatlives up to the high standard that the AMT strives for.This year we have a stellar line-up of essential courses (Page 8) foryou to take before and after the conference, these include SilviaHartmann debuting her brand new and exclusive Master Energisttraining (Page 6), Positive EFT with Alex Kent and EMO MasterPractitioner with Sandra Hillawi. Places on these courses are limitedso make sure you secure your spot by contacting The AMT directly orusing the booking form on our website.The provisional (subject to change) schedule for the conference isalso including in this edition (Page 11). With over 20 world-classpresenters, I can imagine it will be tough for energists to decide whichpresentation to attend during each session. Hopefully the fact that theaudio recordings will be available after the conference will make thedecision that bit easier for you!As well as preparing for her Master Energist training and herconference presentations, Silvia has also been busy at a German-language Project Sanctuary Master Practitioner training in Switzerlandwhere she taught 50 energists over the three days. (Page 10)Also in this edition we feature an article from AMT Trainer Kelly Burch(Page 14) who recently had the fun experience of publishing her firstbook! ‘Parenting with Heart & Soul’ has already received dozens ofpositive reviews and is a must read for anyone who would like to knowhow to successfully use EFT with children and young people.I can’t wait to meet some of you at the conference next month, Ifeel that with all the changes afoot and the ever-growing AMTcommunity, that it will be the best conference ever!
